Grenadine has been supporting the Science Fiction community around the world for many years and is very proud to participate in the success of internationally renowned events such as Worldcon and plenty of others within this long list of SF conventions.
The SF community organizes great events with passion and on often a voluntary basis. Because SF organizers often work as volunteers, one of their challenges can be the budget that they are able to allocate to event software tools such as websites, ticket selling, mobile apps and schedule systems. This is combined with complex event planning requirements, especially in the areas of speaker scheduling, schedule conflict avoidance and attendee signups for space-limited events. In a nutshell, SF organizers try twice as hard to make event organization a collaborative and cost-effective affair.
Grenadine values the science fiction event planning community and wants to remain a privileged partner for SF events, both large and small. To achieve this goal, we are happy to introduce a special plan tailored specifically for SF event organizers and attendees. Our main software messaging module affectionately called the Dirac inside of our code, will be pleased to assist you in keeping in touch with all your speakers and attendees.

I highly recommend this software to anyone who wants to run an event. While you get the best use by using multiple functions, even just the programming stuff made my life so much easier.
Excellent and responsive customer support. Love the programming grid, ADORED that I didn’t have to cross-check double bookings myself.
